PMC presented new and innovative AEC [Architectural Engineering and Construction] technology, including new applications and uses for 3D laser scanning and modeling. Many companies have asked us to return and present these business solutions.
Michigan Simulation User Group 2016 Annual ConferenceManagement Education Center - Troy, MI10/12/201610/12/2016This conference offered superb opportunities for the mutual exchange of technical, administrative, and management information pertaining to the use of simulation technology, and broadened the attendees' knowledge of simulation and its applications in all industries. Attendees and speakers communicated with simulation software suppliers regarding their product, maintenance, and other technical requirements from end users, thereby providing them ideas for improving their products. Attendance set a record. Speakers included Bill Nordgren (FlexSim), Averill Law (Averill M. Law & Associates), Dave Sly (ProPlanner), Dan Muller (AutoMod), Edward Williams (PMC), Larry Sweet (Georgia Tech Institute for Robotics & Intelligent Machines), Phil Miclea (Amway), Steve Hunt (Palisade), and Derek Magilton (AnyLogic).

For several years, ECMS has proven to be an outstanding forum for researchers and practitioners from different fields involved in creating, defining and building innovative simulation systems, simulation and modelling tools and techniques, and novel applications for modelling and simulation. A PMC Senior Technical Specialist (and the only United States attendee) presented an application paper at this conference, and chaired three of its sessions.
The IISE Annual Conference and Expo 2016Anaheim, California5/21/20165/24/2016The conference program comprised two types of sessions: Applied Solutions, showcasing proven solutions and applications from industry, and the Industrial & Systems Engineering Research Conference (ISERC), featuring research from academia and industry scholars. A PMC Senior Technical Specialist, a member of the conference committee, attended the conference; serving also as a judge in the student paper competition among the 10 IISE divisional winners.
IEOM 2016Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia3/8/20163/10/2016IEOM Society organized its Sixth International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, March 8-10, 2016. The venue was JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The conference provided a forum for academics, researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas and recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. Furthermore, the conference fostered networking, collaboration, and joint efforts among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.

Winter Simulation Conference 2015Huntington Beach, California12/6/201512/9/2015The Winter Simulation Conference (WSC) continued to be the premier international forum for disseminating recent advances in the field of system simulation. In addition to a technical program of unsurpassed scope and quality, WSC provided the central meeting place for simulation practitioners, researchers, and vendors working in all disciplines in industry, service, government, military and academic sectors. A Senior Technical Specialist from PMC served as one of the three co-chairs of the Manufacturing Track. This large track ran throughout the conference.
SIMUL 2015Barcelona, Spain11/15/201511/19/2015The conference provided a forum wherein researchers presented recent research results and new research problems and directions related to them. Attendance was about 200. Technical papers presented research and practical results, addressed the pros and cons of specific proposals (such as those being discussed in the standard forums or in industry consortia), and survey papers addressed key problems and solutions on these topics. A PMC Senior Technical Specialist presented a keynote talk "Simulation Attacks Manufacturing Challenges" and an application paper on discrete-event simulation; and participated in a panel discussion on simulation validation.
