Upcoming Webinars

GoToMeeting

Who Should Attend - Manufacturing Executives, Production Directors/Managers, Industrial Engineering Directors/Managers

Overview

Attend this webinar and learn how lean manufacturing tools can help identify sources of waste and eliminate waste

This webinar provides an overview of the lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban (pull systems), kaizen, small lot sizes, takt time, and lead time reduction. You will learn how VSM can help minimize non-value added time and cost in your manufacturing process by modeling and analyzing flows of materials and information. Learn how Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation enables manufacturers to reduce manufacturing lead times and work-in-process inventory by reducing non-value added activities.

This webinar provides tips and tactics for applying Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate bottlenecks before they actually occur in production. You will also see a demonstration of Tecnomatix VSM tool in action and how you can perform throughput and bottleneck analyses using the tool.
