Lean Manufacturing WorkshopsLM-01Shop Floor Value Stream Mapping Workshop1 dayIdentifying the value stream of a product line exposes waste by revealing steps that add no value, such as inspection, storage and rework. Traditional methods to reduce cost are organized by departments, not value streams, and therefore hide, rather than eliminate, waste. Conventional schemes to reduce cost do not address the key principles of lean thinking: Value Stream, Flow, Pull Systems and Quest for Perfection. This one day Workshop is classroom and shop floor, should have 8-12 shop floor personnel, including machine operators, material handlers and Production Managers.

VDA 6.3 Quality ManagementVDA-01VDA 6.3 Quality Management System Executive Overview4-hourVDA 6.3 Quality Management is a process audit that is an important and well-established method for the analysis of processes. The process audit exhibits a high effectiveness through the evaluation of the real performance of the processes on site, by examining the interfaces and supporting functions in the project and serial phase. The goal of the process audit is to check the conformity of the requirements/process step with the specifications. Process audits can be used internally as well as externally throughout the entire product life cycle.
