Overview
PMC offers consulting services on international standards to assist clients in preparing for certification. Leveraging 40 years of experience in productivity improvement and quality management, we have developed a robust quality evaluation methodology.
Our quality methodology entails a structured process: a detailed analysis and evaluation of your current processes, quality standard training, and a second-party audit that ensures you will pass your final certification for your chosen international standard. We meticulously evaluate business processes, workforce skills, and technology to identify areas for ISO, IATF, ESD, VDA standardization and QMS software implementation.
Our holistic approach empowers organizations to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Quality Certification Steps:
Evaluate
While guiding clients through the quality standard basics, consultants will aid in preparing necessary documentation, including the quality manual and documented processes.
Train
Consultants support in implementing the quality standard process, collaborating with your team to establish goals, conduct management reviews, assess outcomes, and propel improvements.
Audit
PMC will assist you in conducting an internal audit to prepare for the registrar audit. Together, we'll review essential process corrections and ensure you have the necessary documentation for compliance.
Certification
PMC will aid you in selecting a registrar, also known as a Certification Body, to conduct your final external audit. Following completion, we'll assist in addressing any findings, if necessary.
