3D Laser Scanning Pricing
Estimates are based on color scanning using traditional tripod-based laser scanners. Mobile scanning is available at a lower rate if determined to be more beneficial for the project. Pricing is for scans and point cloud with further services available at an additional rate. Cost of travel not included.

CAD/BIM Development
Unlike scanning, modeling costs can vary greatly based on the specifics of the project. For example, modeling a modern office building is much faster than a historic school building. Other factors include what is and is not in the scope. For example, architectural modeling is much lower cost than full MEP modeling.
All ranges are based on larger projects greater than 20,000 square feet in scope.

Multiple Site Projects
Gas stations, banks, fast food service, small retail outlets, and similar businesses fall into the unique category we call multiple site, which can include interior and exterior data. With projects ranging from just a few dozen to over a thousand sites, we provide cost-effective solutions starting as low as $1000 per site.
Cost Examples
1315 Broadway
PMC scanned 34,000 square feet, 4-story and basement building and developed 2D AutoCAD drawings. These drawings included floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans. The actual charged rate for this project was $0.12/sq ft. for scanning and $0.095/sq ft. for the 2D drawings.

Historic Field House
In this example a 34,000 square feet, 2-story and basement building was scanned and a lightly historic Revit model was developed. The actual charged rate for this project was $0.22 for scanning and $0.17 for the Revit model.
