PMC took its home office in Dearborn MI from zero documentation to a BIM model.  This level of service is requested by Architects, Engineers and Construction.  Some client relationships take advantage of the PMC YouScan service where we can ship a scanner with instructions to acquire the scan data.

PMC extended its home office model in Dearborn MI FM asset information model.  The model is available for site maintenance live 24/7 in the cloud (YouBIM) as a Revit enabled CMMS/CAFM operations model.  PMC developed its office model with the same asset data standards that were developed for large utility clients.  This model complies with data standards such as IFC and COBie to allow for exchange and automation using enterprise FM software such and Maximo.
